About our Bags
1. Can you supply smaller quantities? What is the minimum order?
Yes we supply small quantities of bags generally the minimum is 250 and we carry over 300,000 bags in stock go to our Stock page or Contact us.

2. But you are in NSW – do you deliver to me in Perth?
Yes, we sell globally from our warehouse and offices on the Mid North Coast of NSW. We also export to a number of countries around the world. We have negotiated very competitive freight rates with 3 major interstate freight companies.
3. How much is the freight?
If you let us know where you are located and once we know the type of bag which you have selected we can calculate freight rates for you.
4. Can I use my courier company?
We have long standing relationships with TNT and Star Track in fact we have an automated con note system in place and daily pickup and delivery services, over time this has been streamlined and we along with our partners offer an excellent service. In the past we have experienced many issues with pickups and delivery utilising third party transport companies which in all cases could have been avoided, time taken to complete and affix manual con notes is also an issue, for these reasons we do not accept third party bookings for delivery or pick up of supplied goods.
5. How long will my order take to arrive from when I order it?
- For bags which are being sent from stock and no printing is involved, we generally despatch within 1 or 2 business days of receiving cleared payment.
- For stock bags which we are printing we will advise upon order as this may depend on work already booked into the print works or complexity of the order. Of course we will have the bags available as soon as possible.
- For bags being produced offshore you need to allow 8 – 10 weeks from the date that the layout has been approved we will take steps to meet your deadline.

Our team does their best to answer all emails immediately during business hours and often out of hours as well, response times depend largely on the enquiry level. If you haven’t heard back from us soon enough please accept our apologies and either email Danny or Andrew or give us a call via our Contact us page, it may be simply that the internet services are down.
