Calico is a plain-woven textile made from unbleached, and often not fully processed, cotton.
Our calico bags are manufactured from top grade calico.
The weight of our calico is usually over 140gsm which is an ideal weight for all purpose calico bags. Other fabric weights are often available.
While many sizes and styles of Non-Woven and Calico bags are shown here, we manufacture to suit our customers’ requirements. Bag design and printing layouts are limited only by your imagination.
Printing is available in either Screen Printing or Heat Transfer (full colour process printing).
We hold stock of thousands of bags see Stock page however for orders of Non-woven or Calico (natural cotton) bags which are to be manufactured specifically, the minimum order number is 1,000 and while an 8 week lead time should be allowed for, we can also take steps to meet tighter deadlines.

We offer a full print service from 1 colour 1 side (screen print) through to full colour process (heat transfer) on both sides.
Prices are subject to change due to fluctuations in the world Oil, cotton prices and Foreign Exchange Rates. For this reason we prefer to discuss your personal requirements and quote on a case by case basis.
Do remember though that we make to order for qty 1000 and over so you can tell us what size of bag you would like.
Calico bags generally held in stock are:
- Library Bags 360mm x 360mm with a 700mm long shoulder strap
- Black Calico Library bags 340mm x 380mm with a 700mm long shoulder strap.
- Tote bags 300mm x 380mm with 2 handles.
- Drawstring bags 400mm wide x 500mm high with a double drawstring closure.
- Small drawstring bags 200mm wide x 300mm high with a double drawstring closure.
- Delegate Style 370mm wide x 480mm high with two handles.
- Shopping Bag style 400mm wide x 400mm high x 100mm gusset and two handles.
- Cash Bags 270mm x 420mm.
These bags are hand-made all dimensions are approximate, all above sold per carton of 250.
